No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services once a purchase has been made. By completing a transaction, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all items are sold as-is.

Online Item Disclaimer

All purchases are for digital, in-game items or services. These items exist solely in our online environment and have no real-world value. We are not responsible for any loss of access due to game updates, server changes, technical issues, or penalties such as bans, suspensions, restrictions, or account terminations.

Bans, Suspensions, & Account Restrictions

By using our server and services, you acknowledge that we have the right to ban, mute, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we determine that you have violated our rules, engaged in disruptive behavior, or otherwise acted against the interests of our community.

• Any ban, mute, suspension, or restriction applied under the current rules is considered valid and active, even if the rules are updated after the fact. You cannot appeal a past punishment by claiming the rules were later changed or modified.
• All enforcement actions are final. We hold the authority to determine when an action is justified, and we are under no obligation to provide warnings or explanations.
• If your account is restricted or removed, you forfeit all purchased in-game items, ranks, or services. No refunds, replacements, or compensations will be given for lost content due to penalties.

Rule Updates & Notifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change our server rules, shop policies, and terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted in our official Discord server, but we are not obligated to personally notify you of these changes.

It is your responsibility to stay updated on the latest rules. Failure to comply with updated policies, regardless of when you made a purchase, does not exempt you from enforcement actions.

Final Decisions & Legal Handling

• All of our decisions are final. Disputes regarding bans, mutes, suspensions, or account restrictions will be handled only through our Discord support system.
• We do not accept legal disputes from external sources, including outside lawyers, third-party arbitrators, or unauthorized mediators.
• Any attempt to circumvent our enforcement actions (e.g., evading bans, using alternate accounts) will result in permanent account restrictions with no chance of appeal.

No Outside Legal Access Policy

By using our shop and making a purchase, you agree that any disputes, claims, or issues related to our products or services will be handled exclusively through our internal support system on Discord. We do not recognize or accept legal actions, lawsuits, or external arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Age Requirement & Parental Consent

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained full permission from a parent or legal guardian. If an underage user makes a purchase without parental consent, we are not responsible for any unauthorized transactions. No refunds will be given in such cases.

• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for monitoring their child's purchases.
• If a purchase was made using a parent's or another individual’s payment method, we are not liable for any disputes that arise.

2. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payments

By purchasing from our shop, you agree to not dispute charges, file chargebacks, or seek refunds through your payment provider. All transactions are final.

• Unauthorized purchases do not qualify for a refund. If a child or unauthorized person makes a purchase, the owner of the payment method must handle the issue privately.
• If a chargeback is filed against us, you will be permanently banned from our server, and we reserve the right to pursue further action.

3. Digital Products & Ownership

• All items sold are digital, in-game assets with no real-world value.
• Purchases do not give you ownership rights over any part of our server, its content, or our brand.
• We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue any purchased digital items, including but not limited to ranks, perks, or in-game currencies, at any time.

4. Service Availability & Changes

• We do not guarantee permanent access to purchased items. If our server is discontinued, shut down, or otherwise ceases to operate, no refunds or compensations will be issued.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any features, game mechanics, or purchased content at any time.

5. Account Security & Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If your account is hacked, stolen, or compromised, we are not responsible for any lost purchases.
• If another player gains access to your account and misuses it (e.g., breaking server rules), you are still held accountable for any resulting penalties.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, you agree that:

• We are not liable for any technical issues, server downtime, or disruptions.
• We are not responsible for any lost progress, items, or ranks due to server resets, updates, or bans.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our server or shop.
