Now I am getting this screen. This seems like a problem that may need admin's help. 
Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I can't access the server, it keeps showing this instead. My issue isn't the address I'm using, so it much be port or firewall. Can someone explain how port or firewall could be causing this issue? 
Try using the first address, "wss://mc.time-legacy.net" instead of your current one it should work.
